Established SHINSEN HOLDINGS Inc. in order to form a holding company.

SHINSEN-REMODELING Inc. made IURA-CONSTRUCTION Inc. a subsidiary by acquiring all of the company’s stock.

On this occasion, Shinsen Holdings INC. and SDS CONSULTING COMPANY LIMITED (Headquarters: Hanoi, Vietnam), have established a limited liability company, SHINSEN VIETNAM COMPANY LIMITED, in Hanoi, Vietnam.
